31 Foster Parent Conference & Recognition Banquet 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center 1510 N. DuPont Highway Dover, DE 19901 Pressley Ridge Delaware is collaborating with the state of Delaware to host the first Foster Parent Conference & Recognition Banquet. The conference is FREE; continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments will be served; keynote speaker is Chauncey Strong of Fairfax County Virginia Department of Family Services in the Permanency and Life Skills Unit ; training sessions will be offered throughout the day.
